NACRINA
Description
NACRINA™ is a scientifically formulated renal nutritional supplement that combines the antioxidant benefits of N-Acetyl Cysteine and Taurine with the metabolic support of Pyridoxine and Folic Acid. The formulation is designed to help combat oxidative stress, support cellular protection, and promote overall kidney health.
N-Acetyl Cysteine serves as a precursor of glutathione, one of the body's most important endogenous antioxidants, helping neutralize free radicals and reduce oxidative damage. Taurine, a conditionally essential amino acid, supports osmoregulation, membrane stabilization, and renal cytoprotection. Pyridoxine and Folic Acid contribute to normal homocysteine metabolism and support cardiovascular and metabolic health, which are particularly important in patients with chronic kidney disease (CKD).
The synergistic action of these ingredients helps provide nutritional support in conditions associated with increased oxidative stress and progressive renal dysfunction.

Composition
Each film-coated tablet contains:
- N-Acetyl Cysteine (NAC) – 150 mg
- Taurine – 500 mg
- Pyridoxine Hydrochloride (Vitamin B6) – 2.4 mg
- Folic Acid – 200 mcg
Indications
NACRINA™ may be recommended in:
- Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD)
- Diabetic Kidney Disease (Diabetic Nephropathy)
- Microalbuminuria and Proteinuria
- Patients at risk of oxidative stress–related renal damage
Dosage
One tablet twice daily or as directed by the physician.
The antioxidant and renal-supportive roles of NAC and taurine, along with evidence for their use as adjunctive therapy in CKD, are supported by published literature and clinical experience.
