Instruction for Use
Oral Feeding:
AddNut HP is a convenient and easy-to-prepare protein supplement with a tasty vanilla flavour when mixed with water. It is designed for use as total or supplemental nutrition.
Tube Feeding:
Prepare AddNut HP according to your physician's instructions.
- Use a shaker or a clean, closed container for preparation.
- Add 40 ml of water at room temperature to the container.
- Pour the contents of one sachet of AddNut HP into the water.
- Stir well or shake (if using a closed container) until the powder is completely dissolved.
- The patient's condition should be carefully considered when determining the appropriate flow rate, volume, and dilution to ensure optimal tolerance.

To manage uremia in CKD patients and to complement a low-protein diet. Providing essential amino acids without the associated nitrogen, help meet nutritional needs while minimizing the production of nitrogenous waste.
The goal is to minimize the intake of protein while still meeting the body's essential amino acid requirements. This dietary approach helps reduce the workload on the kidneys and can slow the progression of kidney disease.
Dosage:
AddNut HP is offered as a Sachet of 16 g fine powder containing 11.9 g of high-quality whey protein concentrate and soy protein.
Each box includes 10 single-serving sachets, ensuring convenience and consistency and proper dosing.
Instructions for use:
- Measure 40 ml of previously boiled and cooled water into a clean container with a capacity of approximately 150 ml.
- Open the Sachet by tearing off the top alongside Scissors mark on it and pour the entire contents into the water.
- Stir gently until the powder fully dissolves. Cooling or adding ice is optional.
- Consume immediately after reconstitution. Discard any unused portion.
- Optional: AddNut HP powered can be dissolved and taken with Curd/Milk
